Sliced BBQ Potatoes


Who doesn’t love a good BBQ in the summer? We had one last night, and I couldn’t resist sharing this super easy and delicious recipe with you all today! These BBQ potatoes are so yummy when cooked this way – not to mention super easy to prepare! I hope you all try this when cooking up your next meal! Enjoy!

What you’ll need:
– Large potato
– Butter
– Garlic Salt
– Pepper
– Aluminum Foilbbq5 bbq7

Step 1: Wash your potato. With a large cutting knife, slice the potato into thin sections. Remove the end pieces.


Step 2: On a piece of tin foil, rub a teaspoon of butter on the bottom. Place the potato on top and spread more butter all along the top and sides. Top with garlic salt and pepper.


Step 3: Wrap up the potato with the aluminum foil and place on the BBQ to cook. On medium to high heat, let it cook for about 25 minutes.


Step 4: Once it’s done, just open up the tin foil and serve with your meal. Fan out the potato and top with sour cream or Greek yogurt & enjoy!
