What says summer better than a pair of floral cutoff shorts? Now that the nicer weather is (slowly) starting to come, I know I will be getting a lot of use out of these ones from Forever 21. I love when bottoms have more than one color in them because it makes it extremely easy to match up your top! I went with this hunter green cargo style shirt that has been hanging in my closet since forever. I do like the way it pulls out the green in my shorts!
