Bumpdate: Fastest Pregnancy EVER

I can’t believe I am writing a 37 week pregnancy update right now. Where in the world did the time go? This pregnancy was completely different than my last, and I am sure it’s because I wasn’t chasing a toddler around last time. The weeks just kept coming and going, and now there is only 3 left before baby bro joins us! I feel like just yesterday I was 20 weeks and then I blinked and we are here. But that was the theme of this pregnancy, everything happened quick and way sooner than the first time around. Even my belly – it popped SUPER quickly, and I started getting Braxton Hicks way sooner this time around as well.

I wanted to get some nice family pictures with the bump, and to remember what it was like when it was just us and little Zu. The last two years has been the best of our lives, so I am trying to savour all of the little moments of Zuri as an only child. But we can’t wait to meet this little guy and see what this next chapter brings. It’s about to get crazy over here, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Check out my little update below and make sure to follow me on instagram for baby updates – I usually post there first!

HOW MANY WEEKS: 37 weeks! Baby could come any time now!

BABY’S SIZE: Baby is the size of romaine lettuce – he’s around 18-20 inches long and could already weigh up to 6 or so pounds!

HOW I’M FEELING: I am feeling well considering I am on the last leg of this pregnancy. I have the typical 3rd trimester aches and pains, but I am still able to do most things so I can’t complain! I am mostly feeling excited to meet this little guy and know as we get closer I will start feeling impatient.

SYMPTOMS: My symptoms have been pretty standard. I still have terrible heartburn and have had it this entire pregnancy. If I am on my feet for too long (hello 12+ hour wedding days) the nerves in my back and legs start to pain. I’m also having a TON of Braxton Hicks contractions. Just recently I have entered into a sleepy jag where I feel super tired in the afternoon and have to lay down for a few mins.

FOOD LOVE: Not a lot of specific cravings but definitely have a major sweet tooth with this pregnancy. We bought our halloween candy way too early if you know what I mean…

FOOD HATE: Not hating anything but I do try to avoid any foods that have given me heartburn in the past.

CURRENTLY LIVING IN: I was living in dresses all summer because I hate wearing pants with a belly. But now that it’s a little too chilly for dresses I have been living in these leggings and these t-shirts (I have multiple colors).

PRODUCTS I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: I am still using Bio Oil and all of my creams before bed. Also love The Sweet Soaperie body scrubs.

LOOKING FORWARD TO: Having a sweet little man join our family and to see Zuri as a big sister!!

dress: Old Navy (non-maternity) | shoes: old, similar here | bracelets: Alex & Ani | watch: Marc Jacobs | Zuri’s dress: Zara | Zuri’s shoes: Target
